I’m one of those people that think about healthy food and gets depressed, so I set myself a challenge to try at least one of these each day for a while. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it became to have healthy food every day as a lot of the ingredients I would have had in my house anyway but would never think of combining them. Have to say, I’ve felt great since starting the whole regime and I will continue to do so. I can’t wait to try all of the juices. I have my two favourites so far ‘Broccoli Orange Fusion and ‘Sunrise Sunset’

Having just started my diet, a friend suggested I detox my system and this book fits perfectly for that. The book is well written and formatted with tons of great information. The Berries Antioxidant Punch is delicious. Recipes are also very easy to make. Highly recommend this book to help clean out your system and build up your immunity. Thank you Amanda!!!
