I was very impressed with the selection of recipes; they all look so good! And I love that I (who does not bake) can even make desserts! The book very useful. It's full of great ideas about leftovers and making the most of the food you prepare and it's loaded with personality. Well worth buying!

This book holds the secrets to making simple, healthy, and efficient meals for your family. I especially love the versatility of the recipes - many of them have follow-up recipes to make use of leftovers or ways to turn side dishes into main dishes. Last week, I made the delicious Pineapple Pork Chops and used the leftovers to make Open Pork Sandwiches with Kale and Basil (which were even more delicious than the main recipe). Did I mention my kids (5yo & 2yo) loved it?! The Pantry Dive section is genius - so many ideas to make use of ingredients I already have on hand. I highly recommend this book for the busy parent looking for some new yummy and versatile dishes.
