Aimee is a home educating mom and she shares her perspectives on Christian parenting from this vantage point- but this is not a book that is exclusive to people who choose to educate their kids at home.Initially, in the first chapter, I thought that it would be. Since I send my kids to public school, I nearly put the book down- thinking it wasn’t for me. I’m glad that I kept reading, because Raising Godly Children is full of practical advice and engaging stories that illustrate Aimee’s points well.Aimee writes with the wisdom, gained from her experience as a mother and her study of scriptures. I recommend this book for any parent, whether seasoned or new, who wishes to glean some ideas on how to raise their own children in a way that encourages them to be Godly kids who courageously follow their Lord.
