Just another cookbooks bundle By Sassi Morales It is ok as a cookbook and does have good info related to the body's processes. .. my complaint is why so many authors are allowed to use the term "superfoods" only as marketing strategy and not because of the use of actual superfoods.... I wish USA would adopt the same regulations for the use of the term that EU has implemented to avoid misleading the buyer
