By Cheree Beck I used to hate that my boyfriend wanted to incorporate wheat into my diet- I loved white bread, and I didn't want to even try wheat bread. It seemed like it would be too bland. We have been making the wheat recipes from this book, and we are losing weight without even trying! We feel great and I even like the taste of wheat now.

I love to have bread in the morning with a hot coffee an this recipe book has many magnificent kinds of bread to make. They are healthy recipes and the bread is just amazing when you eat it.
