I was looking for a new cookbook to get new ideas. I am glad I got this book. It has has over a 100 recipes that are healthy and geared toward avoiding gluten and processed foods. I like the way the recipes are presented. There is a picture for each recipes, the directions are detailed and makes it easy to follow and prepare each one. There is also at the end of each recipe nutritional facts. There are recipes for each meal of the day. I can't wait to try the slow cooked coq au vin, the eggplant parmesan or the braised pot roast with vegetables. Well worth reading.

I like to eat healthy and I pay special attention and due to that this book was the perfect choice for me because it gave me 101 healthy slow cooker recipes that are tasty and have excellent taste. All recipes are very easy for preparation.Every recipe has 5 sections.1. Image2. Servings3. Calories per servings4. Ingredients5. MethodInstructions are really easy for following. I enjoyed preparing several meals from this book. I only think this book miss preparation time because I was a little bit confused when I started to cook according to it.

It has many recipes which looks delicious and also has easy to do steps to follow to prepare the dishes. I have been following slow cooking since long as i find it very healthier as the nutrients are present in the ingredients which we add since the cooking takes lot of time to cook.This book was very different from what i have been cooking and i'm learning many new tasty dishes.Highly recommended!!!!!!
