0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. must have By Amazon Customer excellent book! a lot of explanation about cooking right, the order of it,each recipes include information of the benefits, the taste, cooking time, culinary art and the gender that the dish suits for(man,women,child). along with steps how to prepare and a lot of photos. the ingredients almost all i can find.ספר מעולה! המון הסברים מפורטים על המנות ועל צורת הכנה של מנות בצורה הנכונה כדי לא לפגוע בערכים התזונתיים של הרכיבים, בכל מתכון מצורף מידע על זמן הבישול, טעם המנה(מתוק/חמוץ), סגנון הבישול, סגולות רפואיות ולאיזה מין מתאימה המנה(גבר/אישה/ילד) בכל מנה מצורף תהליך ההכנה שמשולב עם תמונות. הספר מאוד מפורט ומומלץ. לא בטוח שאת כל המרכיבים אפשר למצא בארץ. אבל עדיין לא בדקתי. 99% נמצאים.
