The parents AND the children who received this book thoroughly enjoyed it for several reasons.1) The story was captivating for the kids to read through along with wonderful illustrations.2) It was something that they could stop in between the story and ask questions of each other.3) At the end of the book there are some excellent questions (some different for parents and children) that promoted even more thinking about 'solutions'.Everyone was really happy with this gift as it promoted positive dialogue within the family about situations that are affecting the whole family.I highly recommend this book to give out as gifts. You will be genuinely thanked for sharing this great book with them!

As an educator, I know how much children love technology. As a mom, I struggle to find the right balance for myself and my daughter. This book is a great way to learn and remind us the importance of our family time without all the gadgets! My kids (ages 12, 10, 8 and 6) all enjoyed it and have read it multiple times on their own. It's a really good way to make your children more aware of how much time and attention we give to our electronic vices. What parent these days DOESN'T need to talk about this particular subject with their children? I'd highly recommend this book to any parent, hands down!
