The information is relevant and very beneficial if you're curious about the Paleo diet, or even if you already know about it. The recipes are delicious, and some of them I've never seen before. There are so many recipes too! This book is definitely worth it!! The recipes are easy and have all the ingredients and step-by-step instructions.I would recommend this book to everyone curious about the Paleo diet!
