Absolutely fabulous and most easy to follow cook book I have bought! I totally disagree with the review above from Mr. Jefferies, I managed to easily find all the ingredients in my local Tesco! Also I would like to add Chinese 5 spice is not used in any of these recipes. I've managed to cook 5 dishes from this book already and all my family have really enjoyed the food. overall I highly recommend this cook book to any one who loves a good indian because the recipes in this book are authentic and sooo tasty! I look forward to cooking so more meals from this book for me and my family!
