This book provides a guide an a meal plan for the 2nd stage or the Cruise phase of the diet, which is more on veggies. Proper introduction and explanation is done on the first part of the book to help you understand why this phase is equally important and what you'll gain from it. There are recipes provided a one whole week meal plan, but author Sharon Stone also gave the allowed foods during the Cruise phase so you can continue and also make your own aside from the ones given in the recipe. The recipes are delish, enough reason to be able to stick to this diet. Great book.

Healthy Recipes To Achieve Weight Lose Goals By ZaiJen The cruise phase is the second phase of the Dukan diet, and I believe this is where those dieting have to work much harder. The recipes listed in this book will make a person want to skip their diet and enjoy delicious entrees, such as the turkey meatball recipe found inside this book. Stone does a wonderful job of informing readers about which foods are allowed. Continuing from the attack phase dieters are only allowed 24 added veggies to the meals. Every one of the books Stone has written about Dukan diet has been incredible, and if I were trying to lose weight, this would be my diet over any other.
