By BethL I am Head of Product Development for a craft distillery. 90% of what this person states in this book is false and/or based on incorrect assumptions. The information on poisoning is absolutely a lie and wrong. It is very possible and easy to poison yourself or others with homemade alcohol if a person doesn't make very careful cuts removing all heads and tails. This poisoning can make someone either very ill or even dead. Please if you read this book use it as entertainment only there is no good information in it.

Much of the information comes from the free online pamphlet by the same author. Most of the content is pictures. It took me less than an hour to read through it.
