By Jimmy Franklin When my brother recommended this book to me, I was taken a back because I never even knew meals were prepared in this manner. So after reading it from cover to cover, I tried a few recipes to take to work with me. Not only were they delicious, the staff wound up falling in love with my new meals and grabbed the book too. Now they all experiment with the recipes in the book each week, and I have to admit I am a believer now....

By Armand Javelona I read a lot of cookbooks and this is probably one of those types that I was really intrigued in. So, out of curiosity, I got this book, and I did not regret it one bit! This book is very informative and really creative in making such meals in Mason Jars! Can you imagine a Lasagna being in a Mason Jar? Well they have that! Also, their desserts are really mouth watering! Sinful Chocolate Pudding anyone?The beauty of Mason Jars is that they are way better in keeping food fresher than in plastic containers. It will also act as an artistic container that can also help keep people from overeating. This is really an interesting book and a good addition to any collection!
