Continuum mechanics studies the foundations of deformable body mechanics from a mathematical perspective. It also acts as a base upon which other applied areas such as solid mechanics and fluid mechanics are developed. This book discusses some important topics, which have come into prominence in the latter half of the twentieth century, such as material symmetry, frame-indifference and thermomechanics. The study begins with the necessary mathematical background in the form of an introduction to tensor analysis followed by a discussion on kinematics, which deals with purely geometrical notions such as strain and rate of deformation. Moving on to derivation of the governing equations, the book also presents applications in the areas of linear and nonlinear elasticity. In addition, the volume also provides a mathematical explanation to the axioms and laws of deformable body mechanics, and its various applications in the field of solid mechanics.

By Amazon Customer This is a major contribution to the Literature in Continuum Mechanics. The amount of material on Tensors is more comprehensive than what you have in books dedicated to that subject alone: over two hundred pages in all! I agree with a previous commenter that the material is too scanty on the important subject of kinematics. The material on fourth-order tensors is so current that references to published articles on the subject are not more illuminating! A tremendous effort!

From an early age, kids are taught to color inside the lines, and any color that strays outside the lines is considered to be a mistake that must be avoided. Perfectionism is a naturally limiting mindset. Imperfectionism, however, frees us to live outside the lines, where possibilities are infinite, mistakes are allowed, and self-judgment is minimal. The old way to approach perfectionism was to inspire people to “let go” of their need for perfection and hope they could do it. The new way is to show people how simple but highly strategic "mini actions” can empower them to gradually and effortlessly “let go" of perfectionism. This book applies the science of behavior modification directly to the roots of perfectionism, resulting in a new and superior method for change. Imperfectionists aren’t so ironic as to have perfect lives: they’re just happier, healthier, and more productive at doing what matters.

Full of great ideas and strategies By goodread21 This book was full of advice and strategies I could really use and implement daily to improve my perfectionist tendencies! I just finished the book, and I can already feel a paradigm shift happening. I especially love how he organizes the book with the "Application Guide" at the end. All too often, I read a self help book, get excited about the ideas, but then forget what exactly I was supposed to do to make it work in my life. This book allows you to easily reference daily tips to keep these strategies working for you. I also appreciate the author's writing style. When I read it, I feel like I'm having a meaningful conversation with a friend, who is going through the same ups and downs, and trying to figure it all out... who also happens to have some amazing ideas and advice! It is even laugh out loud funny in a few places! Thank you to Stephen Guise... this book will really make a difference in my life!

14 of 14 people found the following review helpful. I am as happy as a well-fed tyrannosaur in reading this book! By Lisa R I really only bought this book because I liked Guise's Minihabits book so much. I didn't really consider myself a perfectionist, but I discovered I could use a lot more information from this book than I expected. I also was concerned this book would have too much overlapping content from Guise's Minihabits book and blog posts, but it had a lot that I hadn't seen before.PROS: First, the structure of this book is really clear and usable. I loved that Guise didn't waste our time with a lot of "here's how to know if you're a perfectionist" drivel and instead focused on understanding perfectionism, its causes, and its solutions. In particular, I found Guise's review of the academic literature on perfectionism to be both conscientious and valuable. It does seem true that when academics are talking about perfectionism being good, they are focusing on the aspects that aren't really a focus on perfection (like "seeking excellence" or "being organized"). Guise also does a great job simplifying the categories that the academics used and adding ones of his own when needed. Next, Guise does a great job explaining how perfectionism has to be perceived as something bad if any real progress is to be made. So long as you are secretly congratulating yourself on your "flaw" of wanting everything to be perfect, you won't understand just how pervasive the problem is or be very effective in changing it. Thirdly, Guise flummoxed me by introducing new (to me) aspects of perfectionism: insisting that the context be perfect in order for you to take action ("I'm going to speak up at the meeting at work today...no, actually, Jamie's here, and he talks too much so no one will hear me...or, oh no, it's an AFTERNOON meeting this time, well, that's a loss because I'll be too tired...or, I'm sitting right next to the boss? that's too much stress, forget it; I won't speak up.") and goal size (assuming a goal has to be a "Standard American Goal"--something other people would use as a goal, a big chunk of obvious success rather than small goals of incremental progress). I didn't think I was very perfectionistic until I read about these kinds. I can see how I've fallen into these perfectionisms time and time again, and just from reading Guise's book, I've already made a lot of progress in changing the way I think about context and goal size. This is especially important to people who liked Guise's Minihabits book, because if you are like me, you added some great minihabits, made a lot of progress, and yet still felt somehow whiny and unsatisfied because you were fixated on the external "standardized" major goal. In my case, this meant I made a lot of daily progress in writing a book, but I still felt bad because I didn't have "Publish a book" checked off my imaginary perfectionist list. Why should "publish a book" be the goal? It's too big a chunk to be focusing on right now. I just got lulled into insisting my life wasn't right until this "society-approved" goal was done, and I didn't think any smaller goals or a life of progress could count for anything.Guise makes a lot of other great points throughout the book, but I don't have time to detail them all! :) I will say that Guise's humor is a plus.CONS: Because this book was GREAT!, I have mostly nitpicky things to say as cons. The one thing I don't think is nitpicky is that Guise could use a broader group of examples. Nearly all his examples were about exercise, writing, and asking for dates. It is nice to write what you know, but it's also important to know your audience, and I'm sure many of Guise's readers would appreciate seeing how his concepts work for a more varied group of activities and goals (e.g. environmental goals, meetings at work, repairing a broken marriage, childrearing, saving money, investing, volunteering, apologizing, traveling, doing taxes, caring for an elderly person, being sick, getting along with difficult coworkers, etc.). Probably Guise drew from his own experience and those of his friends, but he may need to ask family members or other people of varying demographic groups (age, marital status, etc) to get ideas for more examples. That said, many readers will do fine adapting Guise's examples to their own cases without any trouble. Now for the nitpicky things: I had hoped for a discussion of perfectionism regarding OTHERS' actions, and that never really came up. If your perfectionism takes the form of insisting that others behave in a certain way, should the action steps be any different? (For example, I often let my husband do the dishes, then I obsess about the food gunk that is still on them afterward, and that makes him feel bad.) Are there any complicating features we need to be aware of? Most perfectionists I know do have a problem in interacting with others, because their own need for perfect results makes them micromanage or scold other people. Should this be handled any differently than more personal forms of perfectionism? Would it matter if the relationship is long-term or just a momentary interaction with a stranger? (e.g. "That cashier just bagged my meat with my vegetables!") Most of Guise's examples involve either no interaction with other people (e.g. exercise) or very limited response from others (e.g. you ask for a date, the other person says "yes" or "no.")Guise also uses the phrase "sunken cost" repeatedly, which I found very awkward. I'm sure "sunken" is better grammar than "sunk cost," but I've only ever heard the phrase "sunk cost," and at some point common use wins out over formalized grammar. It really threw me off trying to read that passage smoothly. Lastly (see how nitpicky I have to be to find flaws?), Guise recommends lying down in public to get over one's fear of social disapproval and says it is harmless. In most places this is probably harmless, but where I lived before (not the U.S.), men actually did this, in order to look up women's skirts. (Often they kept a hand mirror in their pockets for when the angles weren't quite right.) Anyway, just be aware that if you do this, especially if you are male, it may not be perceived as harmless by everybody. Again, probably in most places this won't be an issue. All in all, this was a fantastic book! The cons were really unimportant, and the pros made this book a delight. I especially appreciated Guise's humorous tone. Occasionally, it would even wax a little poetic, like when he wrote: "It's like seeing a dense fog in the woods: danger may lurk behind it, but the allure of its mystery still draws in the curious ones." Nice! I am really happy that this book was so practical and fun.

9 of 9 people found the following review helpful. This book read me By Melissa Wiederrecht This is a very good book..... I felt it was on the same level with "The Now Habit"... Where you feel like the author really knows what they are talking about and manages to fit important and deep insights into every single page... And read me like a book.I had to laugh when he mentioned that a perfectionist would try to fix everything all at once with mini habits and fail. I have three times now attempted to take on about 20 mini habits at the same time... I am sure you can guess what happened. And I know I really need to do like 2-3 mini habits... But I get stuck right there since I couldn't decide which few best ones to choose! And the fear of mistakes keeps me from even just picking one and trying... What if I attempt just 1 mini habit and still fail?! Trying to please a specific person keeps me stressed 24/7. I live my life feeling like I am never enough. I go through life dreaming of the great things I can accomplish... too scared to really try anything and fall short of my dreams. THIS BOOK GETS IT. Every detail of it.Steven has done his research... He manages to unroll the messy ball of perfectionism to allow us to observe the many different aspects and sides to it and then recommend specific and easy ways to combat each. A person who really follows his advice will probably be well onto the path to recovery. This book deserves to become a classic.I think one of the most helpful perspectives this book offers is its emphasis of "lowering the bar" rather than psyching you up to be able to reach the high bar.Oh, and one more thing... I thoroughly enjoy the writing style of this book. It is a joy to read.

The focus is much more on the HPC than on the CFD but with general discussions of DNS, LES, and hybrid RANS/LES the motivation for the focus on HPC is clear. Several chapters focus on details of cluster classification, benchmarking, networking and remote access, and one nice chapter on GPU. You will also learn more specs about the top 5 of the top500 (www.top500.org) supercomputers today. Chapter 3 is a very nice detailed algorithm presentation of parallel programming for CFD. I did not find (yet) chapters on MPI, OpenMP, or CUDA/OpenACC which would really have rounded out the book. Overall, a very respectable and enjoyable read. If you work in HPC for CFD you should read this book today.

Signature Tastes of Charleston, by Steven W. Siler

From the Back Cover "Charleston has a landscape that encourages intimacy and partisanship. I have heard it said that an inoculation to the sights and smells of the Carolina lowcountry is an almost irreversible antidote to the charms of other landscapes, other alien geographies. You can be moved profoundly by other vistas, by other oceans, by soaring mountain ranges, but you can never be seduced. You can even forsake the lowcountry, renounce it for other climates, but you can never completely escape the sensuous, semitropical pull of Charleston and her marshes."  Pat Conroy, The Lords of Discipline

About the Author Steven W. Siler is a firefighter-cum-chef serving both in the Deep South and the Pacific Northwest. He is the best-selling author of the Signature Tastes cookbook series. Long marinated in the epicurean heritage of the Deep South, Steven has spent over 20 years in the much-vaulted restaurant industry from BOH to FOH to chef. In addition, he has served as an editor and contributing writer for several food publications. When not trying to shove food down his fellow firefighters' gullets, he enjoys sailing and sampling the finest of scotches and wines, and has an irrational love affair with opera.

If you love the south, Charleston, or want to try some great new recipes you should get this book. The benne wafer and pimento cheese recipes are simply delicious or you can be more adventuresome with the Charleston Crabcakes or Hummingbird cake. The restaurants that serve up these famous dishes were kind to handover their secrets; but the book makes you want to see what else is on their menu. I live in the north but get to enjoy the south from home now.

Good Gluten Free Ideas By DKAlpha Paleo Slow Cooker 21 Simple and Gluten Free Paleo Slow Cooker Recipes For Busy FamiliesI was excited to try this cook as I was looking for healthy eating options that didn't sacrifice flavor and were gluten free. My boyfriends nephew has to eat gluten free and I was looking for some kid friendly ideas for when he visits this summer. On the first meal I tried the Citrus Chicken and was wowed by the tangy flavor and how moist it was. This is a must have for those busy days when I want to pour stuff into the slow cooker and walk away for a bit. I'm not sure kids would be so thrilled with it but adults that tried it with me loved it.I also tried the crust less pizza. The pizza flavor was excellent and the fact that it was gluten free besides is such a huge bonus. I know my boyfriends nephew will love it, and will feel better knowing nobody had to go to extra trouble to make him a gluten free meal. This is a meal the whole family will enjoy. For breakfast I tried the breakfast omelet and once again the flavor was great, and there is no way anyone would know it's a gluten free recipe when judging based on taste.Overall this slow cooker book is filled with great recipes and insight into the Paleo diet. I felt like the recipes I tried needed some more detail or hints about how to adapt the meals to personal taste. For instance the pizza actually gave examples but failed to tell the reader if they should drain ingredients like canned pineapple. The pizza was still good, just runnier then I thought it would be. I also would like more photo's, possibly of each dish so I could see what the finished result should look like. However, overall the book was easy to manage, the recipes seem to be on the money for great taste and gluten free, and I would recommend it to others.

Respected conservative talk show host, blogger and TV commentator Dana Loesch gives her views on the history and intent of the Second Amendment and discusses what she believes gun confiscation would mean to Americans' basic rights as citizens. How many people in America today are truly well-versed in the history of the Second Amendment, and why it was included in the Bill of Rights? In HANDS OFF MY GUN, Dana Loesch explains why the Founding Fathers included the right to bear arms in the Bill of Rights, and argues that "gun control" regulations throughout history have been used to keep minority populations under control. She also contends that current arguments in favor of gun control are primarily based on emotions and fear. This narrative is a must-read for every Second Amendment supporter. Dana Loesch is a determined and fierce advocate for those rights and shouts out: hands off my gun!

Its The Law, Period By Kindle Customer Hands Off My Gun: Defeating the Plot to Disarm America, by Dana Loesch, was receieved early, from the publisher, in exchange for an honest review. The book, the first by Mrs Loesch (I think), certainly the first I have read by her, is extremely well written. Being from the same area Mrs Loesch comes from, I can attest to what she was writing, in growing up with guns in the household, used to hunt with for food and for protection, if needed. Mrs Loesch covers the anti gun lies touted by the current regime regarding "mass shootings," and the media's constant touting of the Bloomberg talking points about weapons. It is actually no wonder the main stream media is as trusted as the current administration (yes, that was sarcastic).Mrs Loesch explores the "reality" of why black or camouflaged weapons are the most deadly, annd as accessories are added, they become even more deadly, especially after crossing over into the "assault weapon" range of weapons. Mrs Loesch even tells stories of people, namely women, saving themselves and/or their families while using weapons against thugs. Has anyone heard any of these from the administration or the media? Further, the history of the Second Amendment and conversations the bitter clinger founding fathers had when writing the all important US Constitution, which was written by people for the people to keep the government in check, NOT issued by government for the people to give and take as the government pleases.Whichever side you fall on (bitter clinger or just uninformed), in regards to the plot to disarm America, remember, in the words of the anointed one, the current gun laws are "it's the law, period."

Shouse This book covers a lot of political ground in the fight for gun rights over the last few years. Ms. Loesch does a good and unrelenting job of pointing out the blatant hypocrisy of anti-liberty leftists, elitists, Hollywood types, media moguls, and a couple of billionaires with respect to their not so hidden agenda, to whit: Guns for me, but not for thee!Additionally, there are chapters showcasing some quotes from the founding fathers, some stories from survivors who used firearms to successfully vanquish rapists, and a discussion about crime statistics in the United States versus some European countries which are often misquoted or intentionally whitewashed by the media. As to the founding father quotes, some liberal media types have asserted that some of these are inaccurate but this is leftist nonsense. There is nothing startling or controversial here.Chapter 11 of the book may be particularly nteresting to some as it debunks 14 common lies that the anti-gun crowd tells. But honestly, if you have been paying attention for the last few years, none of these will come to you as a surprise. If you are a political junkie, or if you really want some analysis of gun politics over the last few years sprinkled with anecdotes and personal observations, and/or you enjoy some good mud-slinging, you will probably enjoy reading this book. Additionally, if you want to do a deeper dive into some of the supporting materials, the book does have a Notes section which references footnotes by chapter. If you are looking for some concise arguments in favor of the Second Amendment, you might look elsewhere. Though this book is obviously "pro-gun" there are other texts that can get to the meat of the matter more quickly, and if you really are just interested in a list of facts that support the wisdom of keeping and bearing arms, you might prefer gunfacts.info. It's far more concise, and you don't have to wade through reading about hypocritical celebrities that you might not want to invite into your home or frankly even into your consciousness. And, oh yeah, it's free. So, with all of those caveats, this book is pretty good. And besides, just your buying it will upset many on the loony left. For some, that alone is worth the price of admission.

Gale I note that all six of the one-star reviews are nearly identical in their comments, posted on the same day, by people for "common sense gun control". The panners foget that in 18th Century America the "people" and the "militia" were one and the same.Nice try folks; I'll buy the book to spite you. Go get yourself a copy of Halbrook's "That Every Man Be Armed" and come abck when you've read it.

Must have for serious amature on up By CallMeChaz If you know some basic welding and want a book to expand your knowledge, or a reference book for an experienced welder, this is it. I'm not saying you can't learn to weld starting from this book--you could. What a beginner might want, that is not here, are lots of pictures of good welds vs. bad welds. But if you know enough to know you need to improve, or if you are an experienced welder, this book will help you in several ways. It goes into great detail on selecting equipment (from basic to specialized), setting it up and operating it.* It covers almost ANY kind of welding you would ever run across, including but certainly not limited to: gas welds, cutting and brazing; stick, TIG, and MIG; plasma; spot welding; machine and automated welding, etc.* Comprehensive list of charts for setting up and using every kind of equipment and for various base metals, thicknesses, fillers metals, etc.* "How to" techniques for proper manipulation of every kind of equipment presented.* The best feature is detailed theory on WHY things happen in each technique being taught. This allows you to think for yourself when needed, rather than monkey-see-monkey-do presentation. You will make informed decisions on what to use and how to use it for the best result in most any situation. The presentations are not over-your-head complicated, yet they include most anything an advancing or skilled welder would want to know. I was impressed with the balance. The book is comprehensive, well organized, and easy to understand. As a hands-on property manager often called upon to weld throughout my life, this book gives me complete confidence in what I am doing. I use it to teach my guys who have never welded, and they can refer to it before each job. I doubt I will ever buy another welding book.

3 of 3 people found the following review helpful. Older text with somewhat dated information... By TolkienFan I hate doing negative reviews, and thankfully I don't have to do one here......But, I need to start from a baseline understanding of what this book really is. So, here is what you need to know first. This book is OLD. Not old as in ancient, but old with respect to technology. It started its life back in 1967 and this edition is from 2004. That means it is over nine years old right now (probably older than that considering how long it takes to get a book to press...). There is a new updated version, 2012 edition, currently available from Amazon. See here..Modern Welding. If you are looking for current information on today's technology, you should probably look at the newest edition. Another thing that needs to be noted is that this book is a TEXTBOOK!!!! Originally a high school text probably (although I can't be certain about that..). I say this because inside the front cover is the familiar line drawing denoting ownership by a school district of some sort with spaces below for names to be entered when the book is issued to a student. Colleges don't do this...you purchase college texts, you don't borrow them from the "district".In any event, here are the "nuts and bolts". If you remember your old textbooks, that is what this one is like. It is a large book with over 750 pages of relatively small print. It is divided into 9 "Parts", 34 "Chapters", and multiple 'sub-chapters'. There are chapter reviews and end of chapter tests as well. And this brings me to one of my major complaints....If you are reading this to learn something and NOT using it as a textbook in an organized class, then all of the time spent on the review pages and "tests" will be in vain. There are NO answers to the questions...normal for a high school text. I would guess that the correct responses are annotated in the "Instructors Edition" which of course you will not have access to.Having said that, this book still has a lot to offer. It is well written and very thorough. It covers almost everything you would want to know about welding in general terms (as of 2003 or earlier!!..). I found it very well edited and well documented. It has a VERY nice glossary as well as a useful index. There are a lot of images both black/white and color...some are photographs and others are line art and drawings...all are quite good and very useful. In general, this is everything you would want a text to be. That is what it IS!! What it IS NOT, is good prose narrative. Nor is it particularly easy to read because of the font. This is not a book you will want to sit down with and just read. This is a book to be used on the dining room table or desk with a notebook and a cup of coffee or some other delightful elixir while reviewing or looking things up. In other words, STUDYING!!I am giving this book only three stars because it has been superseded by a new edition. If you are purchasing based on perceived value, this book may be four or five stars...afterall, it is MUCH less expensive than the newer edition. OTOH, if you want or need the latest information, then the newest edition might be your best bet.

It is an easy and pleasurable read for anybody interested in welding basics and a excellent reference guide too. Well done!

Excellent for parents to read with their child By Dr. Mary Alvord As a psychologist who treats children and teens, I appreciate this well written book that explains important concepts such as empathy and understanding different points of view. This book is engaging, and is a great tool for parents to use with their children. Also, clearly emphasizes the critical message that empathy is something that can be taught, like any other skill! Empowering.

A great tool for combatting bullying and teaching our children the values we all share - kindness and understanding By Kathleen Nadeau, Ph.D. Dr. Glasser is a long-time child psychotherapist who is sensitively tuned in to the world our children live in, where bullying has become such a problem at school, on the playground, and, even worse, online. From the Inside Flap

    French Bread

A signature Croissants item , French Bread has roots deep in Heidi’s family history. Her grandparents in Germany served a small roll―or brötchen, German for “small bread”―every morning, with meats and cheeses for adults and Nutella for the grandchildren. In fact, the fresh bread made an appearance on the table at every meal throughout the day. French Bread was a central item when Heidi opened the doors of her bakery and café in 1995, and its aroma permeated the restaurant throughout breakfast and lunch. The recipe continues to hold a focal role on the menu and in the ambiance of the restaurant, as every dinner guest is served complimentary French Bread with sides of sea salt butter and black-eyed pea hummus.

Makes 6 loaves | Prep time: 3 hours | Bake time: 20 minutes

    5 tablespoons active, dry yeast

    4 cups warm water (110°F)

    9 1⁄ 2 cups bread flour

    2 tablespoons sugar

    1 tablespoon salt

    1⁄3 ounce melted butter

    Vegetable oil

    Cornmeal

    1. Mix yeast into water until dissolved. Set aside.

    2. In a separate bowl mix flour, sugar, and salt. Add yeast mixture. Then add butter. Knead dough until smooth.

    3. Oil sides of large bowl. Place dough in large bowl and cover with clean cloth. Let dough rise for 1 hour.

    4. Divide dough into 6 (14-ounce) portions. Roll into French Bread–shaped loaves approximately 22 to 24 inches long.

    5. Place loaves on baking pan that has been greased with vegetable oil and sprinkled with cornmeal. Let rise about 1 1⁄ 2 hours, or until doubled. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 400°F.

    6. Using a razor or very sharp knife, make 5 to 7 diagonal cuts across the top of the bread.

    7. Bake for approximately 20 minutes, spraying with water every 5 minutes to make the crust crispy. Flip loaves during the last 5 minutes of baking to brown the bottoms.

Wartick Pitfalls: A Quick Guide to Identifying Logical Fallacies for Families provides a way to teach logic in a concise, easy to understand format. The book is part of the “Picture Book Apologetics” series and approaches the fallacies from the stance of teaching children to engage in conversations about their faith, though it is clearly broadly applicable. The fallacies covered in this book are informal fallacies, though at the end the authors note the difference between formal and informal fallacy. Both the back cover and the table of contents explain what a logical fallacy is. Fallacies covered include ad hominem, appeal to force, equivocation, and many more. There are 24 covered in all, along with the distinction made between informal and formal. Each features an illustration with a dialogue between various delightful critters demonstrating the fallacy. Many of the explanations close with a humorous application of the fallacy. Each explanation is about 50-80 words long (I counted a few of them). The explanations are clear and concise, to the point where they would frankly serve the introductory philosophy course as well as the six-year-old. They’re impressively well done and with plenty of humor on the side for older children and adults. It is rare I find myself really enjoying a children’s book, but this is one that easily fits in that category.I put the book through the rigorous test of seeing how long the illustrations could please my son. He isn’t quite a year and a half old yet, and his attention span reflects that. Nevertheless, he touched many of the cutely drawn animals and even made (highly accurate) animal noises for a few. Given that both I and my son enjoyed the illustrations, I think its safe to say they’re well done.I would be a poor reviewer if I didn’t note the tongue-in-cheek humor behind some of these illustrations. For example, the fallacy of “Begging the Question” is clearly a depiction of Joseph Smith with the gold plates for the Book of Mormon, and the “Genetic Fallacy”‘s illustration is a pair of Jehovah’s Witness gerbils (or hamsters? I can never keep them straight). These do not mock these groups, but instead expose their ideas in the briefest conversation bubble and show some of the fallacious reasoning behind them. It’s done smartly. It’s difficult to judge exactly how easily understood these fallacies are made by the book with myself and my son as subjects, but having discussed this kind of thing with parents who have older children, I believe this book would be highly beneficial for introducing some heady concepts at fairly young ages. Of course, do that at your own risk as you will be training little lawyers. Each explanation is quite brief, to the point where a few times I wish there had been just a little more clarification. It’s hard to fault that, however, given the intended audience of the book.Pitfalls: A Quick Guide to Identifying Logical Fallacies for Families is just as advertised, but with no small amount of wit. It is both informative and delightful, well-illustrated and humorous. I highly recommend it.The Good+Clever examples+Cute illustrations+Grab-bag of information+Useful for reviewThe Bad-Could be a bit more expansive on a few topicsDisclaimer: I was provided with a copy of the book by the publisher. I was not required to give any specific kind of feedback whatsoever.SourceJ.D.
