By C Murphy I've always been pretty good at communicating and tailoring what I say to my audience, but I recently went through a big change in my life and some of my communication skills fell by the wayside. The thoughts in this book helped me remember the importance of making a good impression, and the do's and don'ts of that. The steps in this book can be very helpful to people of any age and in any stage of life, figuring out how to make friends, breaking through the insecurities, and taking bold steps to cultivate friendships. This book is very well written, well organized, a good tool and a fun read.

It uses illustrations, examples, and interactive questions to involve the reader. Could be used in businesses, churches, youth programs, training sessions, or schools. Very useful tool to improve communication skills and promote open discussion. Made me think and reflect long after I finished reading it. I would recommend reading the book both for personal application, but also with an eye to spark further conversation, and use in group settings
