Meals in jars By CJS Meals in jars has several nice sounding recipes I will undoubtedly try a few...this seems to be a very popular way to prepare, store, cook. My main complaint is NO PHOTOS! The front cover is great, bright, colorful and appealing...so, why NO pictures inside?? This is a cookbook and it would be nice to see what we are aiming to create. I truly hope Mr Gordon does an update and adds a photo to each recipe...then it would be a five star!

I think the meals here are a little difficult to make, but because of the mason jars, it is easy to customize the meals, so if you have kids or a big family, or you're giving these things to picky eaters, this can be really helpful. Great stuff!
