Eating Clean can be delicious and Fun and this book is all about the joy of eating well.

Ibbetson Eating right can be difficult but what is the hardest is getting organized to start eating well consistently. This book really helps getting things started. I like the variety of dishes and the easy instructions. I am getting ready to make the Summertime Pizza! I recommend this book to others that want to find a wide selection of unique recipes for healthy eating!

I really like how this book includes a little bit of everything. I will be making some substitutions since I'm a vegetarian, but I really like the variety.
