The thing I really like about dump recipes is that there is very little prep time. These recipes are tasty and healthy. There is something in this book for everybody in the family. Highly recommended for those who have little time to cook but still want to eat tasty nutritious meals.

This book will teach you everything you need to know to start using Autodesk Inventor 2016 with easy to understand, step-by-step tutorials. This book features a simple robot design used as a project throughout the book. You will learn to model parts, create assemblies, run simulations and even create animations of your robot design. An unassembled version of the same robot used throughout the book can be bundled with the book.

No previous experience with Computer Aided Design(CAD) is needed since this book starts at an introductory level. The author begins by getting you familiar with the Inventor interface and its basic tools. You will start by learning to model simple robot parts and before long you will graduate to creating more complex parts and multi-view drawings.

Along the way you will learn the fundamentals of parametric modeling through the use of geometric constraints and relationships. You will also become familiar with many of Inventor's powerful tools and commands that enable you to easily construct complex features in your models. Also included is coverage of gears, gear trains and spur gear creation using Autodesk Inventor.

This book continues by examining the different mechanisms commonly used in walking robots. You will learn the basic types of planar four-bar linkages commonly used in mechanical designs and how to use the GeoGebra Dynamic Geometry software to simulate and analyze 2D linkages. Using the knowledge you gained about linkages and mechanism, you will learn how to modify your robot and change its behavior by modifying or creating new parts.

In the final chapter of this book you learn how to combine all the robot parts into assemblies and then run motion analysis. You will finish off your project by creating 3D animations of your robot in action.

There are many books that show you how to perform individual tasks with Autodesk Inventor, but this book takes you through an entire project and shows you the complete engineering process. By the end of this book you will have modeled and assembled nearly all the parts that make up the TAMIYA Mechanical Tiger and can start building your own robot.

From the Author I dedicate this to the memory of my late father. He always said, "What ever you're going to do in this life, be the best at it. Whether it means you're a janitor, or President of the United States, be the best at cleaning, or the best leader. No matter what, strive to be the best." Before he passed away, the one thing he remembered I wanted to do, was to be an author, so I did this for him, to honor his memory and make him proud. Some of the experience in this book pull from real life events, others from imagination and alcohol. No seriously, I began working on this in 2010 originally as a movie, over time I realized it would be better suited for reading. It is a concept I've had for quite some time and really thought it put a view out there that the world could not only laugh at, but learn from. Which ultimately leads to it being appreciated. If it is read by at least one person whom I have made smile, laugh, think, or maybe even cry, then the purpose of this has been served.

About the Author Southern Born with a worldwide twist. I am originally from a small town by the name of Florence Alabama. I have always had a knack for writing, story telling, and the ability to make others laugh, as well as think. My writing formula is simple: Real life events. I write about what I know and see. I stumbled across this book on accident. The description sounded good, so I figured why not buy it and give it a shot. This book latched me in on the from the get go by pulling at my heart strings. It took me on a journey following the transformation of a character and leaving me feel like a part of me. . .If I finish that sentence it will ruin the ending. I recommend reading this. It won't be a disappointment.

A health memoir that chronicles my journey to curing rheumatoid arthritis, lupus and hepatitis C through a combination of diet changes and conventional medicine. Following a plant-based diet consisting of a modified version of the Gerson Therapy I was able to repair my immune system and decrease my hepatitis C viral load. A new FDA approved drug called Harvoni cured my hepatitis C.

Pamela J. Buchanan struggled with autoimmune and infectious diseases for many years before discovering The Gerson Therapy. Using a modified version of the plant-based diet, she was able to cure herself of rheumatoid arthritis and lupus as well as bring down her hepatitis C viral load. A new FDA-approved drug called Harvoni eventually cured her hepatitis C.

Pam's experience has made her an advocate for using conventional medicine in tandem with alternative healing therapies. Her goal is to educate the public about these therapies and create awareness about the safe and highly effective medications for hepatitis C that have recently come on the market. She is passionate about sharing her journey to wellness with others suffering from chronic disease. She appeared on the Voice America Internet radio program with Howard Strauss in September 2014. Mr. Strauss is the grandson of Dr. Max Gerson, founder of The Gerson Therapy.

Now retired from a career as an Executive Assistant, Pam lives in Tucson and spends her spare time with her two grandchildren.

Pamela's story is amazing; so few people are willing to make a drastic change in their eating, even to improve their own health. She really went for it, and with great results. I have a lot of respect for her, and for her willingness to share her story, which is inspiring for others. A very different path from just "taking a pill" to get better!

I am someone who has been seeking out alternative therapies to cure my severe rheumatoid arthritis, and this book gave me some major insights into how the Gerson Therapy could be effective in curing my disease. In fact, I have started the Gerson Therapy and am thrilled that someone out there was wiling to share her experience with it. There is not much out there for someone with rheumatoid arthritis. It is so refreshing to see that someone out there is open-minded and honest about her experiences with both conventional medicine and alternative therapies. I found that learning about the author's background and all that she went through in her childhood up until she got diagnosed with a slew of diseases was extremely relatable. I believe that disease might stem from triggers in our past as well as unhealthy eating habits that we pick up along the way. The author gives a very genuine account of the ups and downs with going through the Gerson Therapy, and it's uplifting to know that she comes out the other side. It gives me much needed hope. The Gerson Therapy may not be the easiest road to take, but when there seem to be no other viable options, this one feels like the only one. The author was in a desperate phase in her life when she decided she wanted to treat her illnesses with something conventional medicine just hadn't been able to offer -- a cure (side note: she is not against conventional medicine, which is refreshing. She is someone who understands the importance of both and who took advantage of a medicine that cured one of her illnesses that the Gerson Therapy wasn't able to.)I recommend this book to anyone searching for answers outside of conventional medicine. This book is perfect for anyone interested in learning about autoimmune diseases and how they might respond to a nutritional overhaul. It's a book for anyone seeking answers to their own health issues that the medical doctors have not been able to provide. Great read!

I started reading it and could not put it down until I finished. The author’s narrative descriptions of her early life in the Midwest, her subsequent doctor visits, and the process of healing using an alternative healing approach are rich in imagery. It feels more like you are watching a movie than reading a book. Her story of discovering she had a series of terrible diseases, her search for an elusive cure and her eventual healing is a wonderful inspiration. In the process of trying to survive and heal, she experienced a transformation to discover her authentic self and her life’s purpose. This is an inspirational book.Whereas many books approach healing from the use of conventional medicine or alternative methods, this book embraces an integrative approach of alternative healing therapy using a Gerson juicing program and conventional medicine. The process is well documented and provides the reader with key information on how to use a juicing and nutrition program on a daily basis. The author chronicles how she used alternative healing therapies to rebuild her autoimmune system and improve her overall health which enabled her to better respond to conventional medical approaches. Readers with autoimmune diseases searching for an alternative solution to healing will find this book to be very helpful.Although this is a wonderful book about a health recovery, it is really an incredible inspirational book about the human spirit and the ability of a person to endure roadblocks, disappointment, setbacks, and fear to eventually accomplish the impossible. I give this book five stars.

By Jennifer Read Hawthorne I am not even the primary audience for this book, yet I was moved to tears numerous times by Keith's book. It gave me a new perspective on my own wounds--having lost my biological father five weeks before I was born, and it showed me how I can be a better mother to my two adult stepchildren. The content is relevant and timely, and Keith provides an answer to a problem that has the potential to profoundly impact the world by modeling and teaching how to transform non-love into love. What could be better than that?

A Compelling and Caring Guide By Susan Olesek Being in the presence of Keith's writing is like being perched over an intimate cup of tea with a perceptive and wise friend. With intuitive mastery, Keith attends to his topic with authenticity and alacrity. Though I'm not a father, I do have one. I'm not a son, but I mother three of them. Finally, there is a book--a guide of sorts--illustrating what thoughtful fathering actually looks like with real-life, raw, human examples of his own and others. This work is as practical as it is deeply soulful. Through his own compelling self-observation and personal disclosure, it is obvious that Keith has steeped in and skillfully examined his own human and humbling experience of both parenting and being parented. This enabled me to trust him and allowed me to trust myself in taking his life-lessons to heart. In particular, Keith's masterful, gentle section on healing a father wound and grief allowed me to begin to navigate an aching part of my own life. What a nourishing read for me as I make sense of how I was fathered, what my boys are seeking in their dad, and how I can come alongside my husband in co-parenting our children with a new comprehension and compassion.
